The Hajj via the Nusuk platform
Since a few years ago, Hajj registrations are now organised via the official Saudi platform Nusuk Hajj.
Many may wonder: What is the difference between the Nusuk Hajj site and the agencies that provide support?
Here is a simple explanation
🌐 1️⃣ The role of Nusuk Hajj
It is the official platform of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
All pilgrims coming from Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and other countries must register exclusively via the Nusuk Hajj site.
It is on the site that you choose and book your Hajj package, pay directly online, and receive your visa.
The packages offered on Nusuk are organised by Saudi companies approved by the Ministry of Hajj.
These service providers collaborate with agencies, associations or partner organisations in the respective countries to facilitate communication, registration follow-up, and pilgrims’ support.
Nusuk thus centralises all the administrative and official part of Hajj.
🏢 2️⃣ The role of accompanying agencies
Local agencies (France, Belgium, United Kingdom, United States, etc.) no longer sell Hajj packages directly.
They are now partners or representatives of approved Saudi companies.
Their mission: to support, train and supervise pilgrims before and during Hajj.
They provide spiritual preparation, part of the logistics, on-site assistance, and the presence of religious guides.
In summary: Nusuk and the Saudi companies manage the official packages, and the partner agencies provide human and spiritual support.
